Illegal Use

The Available Networks servers are solely intended for lawful purposes.

Because Available Networks, LLC does business within the United States of America all content placed on our servers is subject to US laws and applicable state laws.

We consider the following activities and content to be inappropriate and always prohibit them.

• Unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted materials
• Obscene content or content that constitutes child pornography
• Attempts to compromise security measures, or disrupt service at any site
• Computer “Viruses,” “Trojan Horses,” “Worms,” “Time Bombs,” or other computer programming code or defects which are intended to damage a user’s system or data.
• Collect or use tools intended to explore or exploit computer system or network security vulnerabilities
• Attempts to explain, demonstrate or encourage “Hacking”, “Cracking,” or “Phreaking”
• Attempts to incite physical, emotional, or financial damages.
• Attempts to encourage discrimination against any group or individual.

It would be impossible to include every inappropriate activity in this list. Therefore we reserve the right to be the final judge of what does and does not qualify as inapropriate.

Spamming

The Available Networks servers may not be used to send spam or other nuisance mail.

Spam is unsolicited commercial mail. We consider all other unsolicited bulk mail as nuisance mail.

Misuse of system and network resources

• Available Networks prohibits the uses of its servers that would overload the processing power of these servers and impact all of our customers. For example, IRC “Bots” may not be run because of their intensive processing requirements.
• Available Networks provides certain scripts for the use of its customers. These scripts remain the property of Available Networks and may not be resold.

Consequences of Violation

AvailableNetworks.com may, at its discretion

• Cease providing any services hereunder if subscriber does not comply with the provisions of this Agreement, including without limitation the payment provisions
• Decline to provide such services
• Not renew such services at the end of any term of this agreement
